• Heart

  • A desire to help those around you draw closer to God through worship

• Abilities

  • Able to read sheet music/chord charts

  • A proficiency in playing an instrument musically and rhythmically

  • Vocalists must be able to sing melody, harmony or both

  • Able to adapt to in-ear monitors

• Personality

  • Comfortable performing in front of others

  • Works well with others

  • Able to take direction (coachable)

  • Dependable

• Experiences

  • Have enjoyed being part of a musical ensemble or choir in the past

  • Exposure to DAW software (Ableton, Logic, MIDI controllers)

  • Any technical experience might be good to add in the tech area form
