Verses to consider:
1 Timothy 3:4-5, 12
You may have the gift of leadership/administration if:
you love to motivate others to action with clear communication
you naturally gravitate into being in charge
you can see the big picture and enjoy accomplishing goals
you identify the gifts and abilities of others and aren’t afraid to delegate to others areas where they can thrive
you can take criticism and give credit
you are willing to try something different when what you’re doing isn’t working
At the same time, if you have the gift of leadership/administration:
you may run the risk of becoming calloused due to constant criticism and struggle with dealing with opposition
you may focus so much on the growth of others that you end up neglecting your own growth and the growth of your family
you may ignore personal responsibilities because you love leading others so much
