Coordinator for an Event
Time commitment: Periodic planning during the 3 months prior to an event
Service expectations:
Recruiting people to serve during the event (helpers and servers)
Organizing the planning timeline
Planning food, activities and entertainment
Do a count of event participants and submit it to the office
Helper to Setup, Tear Down and Clean Up Following an Event
Time commitment: 1-2 hours before and/or 1 hour after an event
Service expectations:
Setting up tables, chairs and stations
Tearing down tables, chair and stations
Washing tables and vacuuming the utilized space
Set trash cans and empty them after the event
Server during an Event
Time commitment: The duration of the event
Service expectations:
Serving food and cleaning up afterward
Monitor the fullness of the trash cans
