Frank Chiapperino – Senior Pastor

Frank’s greatest joy is helping people: to deepen their connection to God, discover timeless truths from the Bible, and reach their full potential. He’s a graduate of Valley Forge Christian College and has served in various leadership roles in rapidly growing churches since 1994.

Frank and his wife Shelli have been married since 1995 and they have two boys and a cat. They moved to Rochester, MN in the summer of 2010 to become part of the Hope Summit family and lead the church through a new phase of ministry. Kevin White – Adult Ministries Pastor

Kevin is a 1979 graduate of Crossroads College. He received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary in 1991 with a concentration in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Kevin has more than 25 years of ministry experience. He has a passion to serve God by using his experiences, giftedness, and skills to challenge people of all ages to discover their ministry and fulfill God’s calling in their lives.

Kevin and his wife Bonnie met at MBC and were married in August of 1978. The Lord has blessed Bonnie and Kevin with three sons. Timmy, Bryan, and Andy have brought immeasurable joy to their family.

Timmy died of a rare form of cancer in 1989 at the age of 6. Bryan graduated from Crossroads College in 2006 with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry. Andy is attending Northwestern College in the Twin Cities.

Ric Rozsa – Worship and Arts Pastor

Ric and Melissa have two children, Lindsey and Alec. They have two basset hounds, Abbey Road and Penny Laine and a cat named Cosie. Ric received his Bachelor of Theology and Biblical Studies degree, along with a General Ministry Major from Crossroads College. Ric has a passion for music and has served in the leadership of the worship ministry at Hope Summit since 1990 as a volunteer. He was hired as the fulltime worship pastor in 2003. He has also been director of Soulcraft ministries, a traveling outreach ministry since 1995.

Ric says, “I consider it a privilege and an honor to be serving as your Worship Pastor at Hope Summit. I love HSCC and am committed to serving here. I am so excited to see what God has in store for us as a Body of Christ, totally surrendered to Him! Mandy Slater – Director of Summit Kids

Mandy graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and has served in children’s ministry for over 6 years.

Mandy is passionate about sharing God’s love with kids. She is excited about helping children connect and form lasting relationships with God and each other. She is also deeply invested in global and local missions.

Laura Kramer – Associate Director of Summit Kids

Laura graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Family Life and Child Development in 2005. In October of 2006 Laura married her husband Adam Kramer and moved to Rochester to start their family.

After their third child was born she became a stay at home mother to Maddy, Allie, and Charlie. Laura is passionate about kids, enjoys teaching her children about God’s word and watching how He shapes and direct their family.

In Laura’s spare time she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, camping, and motorcycle rides.

Amy Crouch – Director of Involvement

Amy has been married to her husband Jason for 15 years and they have three children Maggie(19), Blair(14),Robert(13). Amy and her family moved to Chatfield in 2009 from the north side of the Twin Cities.

Amy worked as a volunteer coordinator for EagleBrook Church in children’s ministries for three years before serving at Starbucks Coffee in a variety of capacities. Most recently Amy found her way to USbank as an analyst for Technology and Operations.

Amy finds great joy in connecting people to their passions. As the Director of Involvement Amy desires to help the Hope Summit church body find their “sweet spot” in serving our God and the community. Beyond serving at Hope Summit Amy enjoys watching the Minnesota Twins, Vikings and yoga.

Nicole Bolin – Office Administrator

Nicole is originally from Iowa. She graduated from Crossroads College in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Youth & Family Studies and Biblical Theology. Nicole is married to her husband James who is the SE MN campus and camps director with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). They have a son Payton (1) who keeps them busy and always smiling.

Nicole previously worked at Kindercare Learning Center for 4 years, where she worked with 4-5 year olds. She has loved working with kids and after working along side James as a volunteer with FCA has found new joy in administration.

Nicole loves playing and watching sports(a huge Packer fan), board games, being outdoors, and traveling to family events.
